Dr Ecroyd has been a long time doctor of our family. We have one more year rhwn we graduate out of pediatrics! She is compassionate and listens to us even the crazy stories we share. Just be warned if you are anti-vaccine this is NOT the office for you!! They require all vaccines to even been a patient. Office aka Memorial Hermann policy!!! Stating it is the CDC requirement.
Dr Eckroyd is the best! Never feel rushed, office staff is always so friendly and efficient.
Dr. Ecroyd is absolutely wonderful! As a new mom, everything feels terrifying! Dr. Ecroyd was very knowledgable, realistic, personable, and thorough which is exactly what we are looking for in a pediatrician. She certainly brought us comfort as we started out journey as new parents. The entire office staff is incredibly polite and efficient, we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken to a room.
