Very unethical. Doesnt listen to anything that's being said. When simeone tells that's they want to change neurologist and they are not getting adequate care for their seizures and also asks for a colonoscopy cause their father passed away from colon cancer... why on earth would u ignore ur patient knowing full well these are legitimate issues going on. Ms Duran even know what the medications my uncle was taking or why he was taking them. She throws every referral she can at you even if it isn't for his specific issue. The office personnel are rude. They have no consideration for other peoples lives or the medical condition of their patience. They discharged my uncle from care for missing his appointment because he couldn't walk due to the medication issue that we couldn't get resolved and he ended up in the hospital that day. If there was a less than zero rating option that would be accurate. Inefficient, out of touch, not prepared. But more than happy to bill your insurance for providing you no care. If you have years of your life to give them, and are okay with them not reading the tests that they've ordered or tests that have been provided to them, and if you're okay with the entire practice wallowing in excuses, perpetually deflecting, and failing to do their jobs - then this is the place for you.
