I had a very disappointing experience with Lisa Douglas of Howard Hanna | Rand Realty. From the start, she seemed knowledgeable and eager to help, but unfortunately, her actions did not reflect this professionalism. She also made promises she had no intention of keeping to ensure the deal went through. feel completely misled, and it's clear that her priority was making the sale, not acting in her client's best interests. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and reliable real estate agent.

Lisa is a terrible realtor. Don’t trust her. She’ll bring you in a home with her deceitful lies and you’ll be paying out of your own pocket to fix these issues….find someone else to find your forever home, because she’s not the one!

Lisa was amazing to work with! She was patient with us took the time to understand our needs and helped us find exactly what we’re looking for! It was a long process but she was right there with us every step of the way making it a success.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with. She knew exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for and helped us stay within budget. She was patient and kind. As a first time buyer, she was honest and answered every call, email or question we had. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
