I strongly advise against engaging the services of Lisa as a realtor. Throughout my experience, I found her conduct to be profoundly unprofessional. She exhibited a blatant disregard for ethical standards, which not only undermined the integrity of our transactions but also compromised my trust in her capabilities. LIAR! I was the buyer and she was the seller’s agent of a property. She claimed that the solar panels were paid off. Lisa said it was in the MLS listing. There are several emails stating such. But come to find out the panels are not paid off. This is a shady woman that I wouldn’t personally use for a real estate agent to buy a home. She sold the property, said it had new LVP tiles on the floors downstairs and on the flooring upstairs. All of the bedrooms LVP, have carpet underneath. I would run from this agent hands-down.
