Lisa was such a blessing to have found. She was always very quick to respond to us, and treated us with respect despite all our requests or questions. She used her years of experience to help us know when to calm down and not worry, when to take action, and when/how to get more info make a better informed decison. Recent bought a row home thanks to Lisa. I've been a home buyer before and was surprised how attentive a good realtor can be. Lisa was organized, thorough, arranged listings for properties I wasn't able to even see on the general home buying apps and during the process she was knowledgeable. Overall this was a very smooth experience and was able to find a new home in 3 months.
Lisa did a great job with the sale of our home - from pre-marketing planning, coordinating with other members of the Northrop sales team, and making sure the home was listed on all sites. She interfaced with other realtors and helped us evaluate the bids. Thanks to her efforts, closing was smooth and uneventful!
