While I love the dentists, I am displeased with certain staff. At our last visit, I caught 2 staff members "whispering" about my child. They were 3 feet in front of me and I guess they thought I couldn't hear them making unprofessional and judgmental statements about him and his teeth. I glared at the staff person and she eventually stopped. The situation almost had me in tears. If it ever happens again, we will be leaving the practice ASAP. Fortunately my child wasn't in earshot.
A rare combination of exceptional service and talented professionals. I highly recommend this practice for both pediatric and adult othodentia care.
Excellent technicians, very organized office, great with patients but really expensive. I chose this practice for my daughter because they were rated the best by Washingtonian Magazine. We were new to the area and didn't want to take a chance on a less well known provider. Our daughter already had braces and was supposed to be halfway through her phase 1 plan. They are a very talented group where a person can go with dental issues and be assured you will receive excellent orthodontic results. The staff are well trained giving professional, friendly assistance.

Dr. Demarco is wonderful, as well as her staff! I am beyond satisfied with my teeth. Dr. Demarco and her staff were very caring and attentive to my needs. The technicians are experienced. I emphasized that I needed my braces off by a certain time due to the fact that I was relocating and Dr. Demarco did everything in her power to ensure that it happened. As a healthcare professional, I am very picky about my medical care and the care of my kids. I interviewed a few orthodontists and chose Drs. Tilken and DeMarco for my daughter's braces. We have been seeing them for 1.5 years and have only had excellent experiences.
