I've been seeing Lisa for almost a year now while pregnant as well, and she has helped me learn how to eat healthier. I've kept my weight under control and sugar as well. She has been a fountain of knowledge, and she's also very personable. She treats me with kindness and truly cares. I recommend her 100% if you're looking to learn how to take care of your body and live a healthier lifestyle.

Lisa’s approach nutrition and nutrition therapy is so incredibly helpful. I have struggled with disordered eating my entire life and now have Type 1 and I have never made such positive progress as I have with her. I didn’t know that nutrition and counseling together was an offering and working with Lisa has made a monumental change in the way I see food and its role in my health. Cannot recommend her enough if you want to make change without shame or guilt in the mix.
