My wife needed a procedure to stop severe bleeding. Dr Chodak, wanted to delay the procedure because the blood counts were too low and didn't want to transfuse. The blood counts were low because of the severe bleeding. SMH. Also had problems getting and maintaining HRT. She is condescending and staff is rude.
Great bedside manner, always goes above and beyond.
I just got off the phone w/Dr Chodak's office. I just have to say that I am very impressed at how quickly they responded to my questions & nurse assistant's patience with me when I asked her to repeat or explain it to me again. Although She was probably very busy, she took the time to explain without getting offended! Although I don't know her name, I hope she reads this. Always takes time with me and so thorough. So kind and helpful!
Terrible doctor and staff. They don't have any desire to help their patients who experience infertility or reoccurring miscarriages. They don't respond to messages and are very rude and dismissive when seeking help or advice.
