I absolutely miss Dr Lisa Cox. I've never had a doctor listen so thoroughly and attentively. When I would go in and talk to her about something causing me issues, she'd not only take her time with me, but she'd even look things up at her computer with me so I could better understand.
I am so disappointed to say this doctor has the most "pass the buck" mentality I've ever encountered. It truly is a shame because she is extraordinarily intelligent. Staff at ferrel duncan shares her "not my problem attitude" very rude when calling with basic questions. The world is understaffed and overworked so if you choose to stay serving the public you should do your best to maintain a positive demeanor. Very disheartening.
