I made my daughter an appt and over the phone the stylist started complaining about kids these days and how we weren’t allowed to do whatever we wanted with our hair. That was a bit off putting considering I’m making the appt for my 15 year old. I was then asked if I wanted a reminder call, my answer was yes. Needless to say I never got my reminder phone call about the appointment. I did try and call to verify the day and time, my bad I never wrote it down.
