Patients Beware! Especially cancer patients in need of reconstruction. In my experience, this office will require you to prepay everything in advance, sign a very lengthy contract and promise to reimburse you, if and when they get paid by insurance but they will simultaneously insert an assignment of insurance benefits form for you to sign buried in the pile of legal contract pages which directly contradicts their fee agreement and allows them to keep all of the insurance money they collect too!
