On the doctor side doctor hill and Dwayne were great... The nurse Amanda was very rude & had bad Attitude from the day I started with doctor hill august of 2017I& this year in august I had an injury and Eventually had surgery she dealt it in a very in unprofessional way I ended up transferring doctors due to this issue but the nurse Suzanne was awesome
Can’t even make an appointment if sick because everything is “covid” and doctors are too afraid to see patients when clearly it is NOT covid!
I absolutely love Dr. Hill. She’s very good but I am going to find another doctor because I don’t trust her staff and nurse. They have lies to me and they are sneaky. Sad because she really is a great doctor which they are really hard to find
Great doctor. Listens to what you say. Very personable. I liked what she said on my first visit. “We will work together to get you better.”
I love Dr Hill. She spends time and explains everything. She is very willing to work with you and Im glad I chose her as my PCP.
Dr Hill was recommended to me when a new job required me to change PCPs due to insurance. I am no longer working in Wheeling but the +/- 45 min drive to her office is worth every minute. She is simply the BEST as is Ryan, her PA.. The entire office staff is very responsive to my needs and I especially appreciate that I always receive the results of any labs/tests in a very timely manner.
Tami at the front desk is very rude. They don't follow up with you and are judgemental without knowing someone's situation fully.
Dr Hill is compassionate and most importantly thorough. She treats her patients like they are family. She takes her time with each patient and is not afraid to refer to a specialist if necessary. The staff is easy to talk to, friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hill to all of my family and friends!
