This is in response to Alex Xu. Alex, I looked through our data base and couldn't find you as a customer let alone one who cancelled a policy. Typically when cancelling an insurance policy, one should cancel at the end of the term to avoid any additional premiums or fees. There are no fees when cancelling a policy at the end of a term with most carriers.
