She cares and listens maybe that why she’s late at times. She doesn’t rush people so I for one am grateful. My son see her and she’s always been attentive.

My wife tried to contact Dr. Boyd today because she had used her in the past and loved her and wanted to use her again. Dr. Boyd evidently has a new receptionist that was extremely rude to my wife. We understand that now that Dr. Boyd doesn’t take insurance; however the attitude alone from this receptionist would keep us from using Dr. Boyd even for Private Pay visits that we were considering. I hope the attitude is resolved as I believe Dr. Boyd deserves better than this and so do future possible patients.
I appreciate the drs approach. She was easy to speak with.
She is always at least an hour late, runs unnecessary medical tests, and has even tripled my dose over the phone - from a voicemail at that, not even a discussion! What an unprofessional doctor.
