It can be very frustrating for a seller when a showing agent won't respond to listing agent's feedback request. Even negative feedback is helpful and constructive and after getting a home ready on short notice despite the MLS listing requesting an appointment takes a lot of effort when a family is living in it. Lack of professionalism shows here.
The team at LBRE are rock stars! Rented a duplex unit from them and it was an all smiles experience! The place was exactly as advertised, looking great upon move-in. Maintenance was prompt and competent the few times I had a request. The online tenant portal of their website was a breeze. Special thanks to Melanie who was my property manager there. She was very kind and so pleasant to interact with, always taking the time to listen to and address my needs with genuine care and compassion. I highly recommend LBRE!
Wellll. I asked Mona to look at a property for me... due to the fact I am looking to buy something to start a business. When I waited a week maybe two... no call, text....anything. when I called I was told she had given the chore of looking up one blding...to her assistant. No problem...I waited... and waited. I didn't get a text a call or email. So... I know my money is as green as the next person's...someone else will do just fine.
Andrea Finkler was the best realtor ever. I bought and sold a property with her and she got the best deal possible both ways 5 stars!!
