Found this gem of a bakery through an online search. Very Impressed!!! I ordered a cake for my mom's birthday - an 8" three-layer Double Fudge Chocolate Cake with raspberry filling, a light buttercream or whipped icing on top (not sure which it was - but it was light, not too sweet and delicious), and then glazed with chocolate ganache that was decorated with chocolate shavings.
