We recently had a parent pass away, and Lisa was referred by a previous client that also had an outstanding experience in a similar situation. We contracted with Lisa to handle the remote sale of the parent's house that was owned equally by the four children. Lisa did an outstanding job handling all of the unique issues related to this sale. All of the owners lived in other states, and some of the owners even refused to talk to each other.
