Lisa is absolutely the best. She made buying my first home much less overwhelming! She was prepared from the first time we met with really helpful info. She was prompt with every meeting and all communication, and she is sharp and brought up things I'd mentioned but had forgotten about or wasn't sure when to bring them up. Lisa is an awesome realtor! She was always on time, showed us any home in a few hours notice, always had the relevant information about the home printed out, and was very analytical about the condition of the home. When purchasing a not-so-new home, I think it is critical to analyze the condition carefully and compare the pros and cons.
