Lisa was very helpful in what was our first home-buying experience. She helped us navigate the process, whether it be the inspection, communicating with the selling side, and setting up the mortgage contact. She has also remained in contact following the purchase, and helped us with a home warranty issue when the relatively new microwave broke.
