I used Diel for years until I lost health insurance and could no longer afford him. It is not "affordable" if you do not have insurance. Although I never had a problem with Diel personally, the staff that I had to deal with were very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I received another patients statement along with my own, a woman named Hayley could NOT get my prescriptions to the correct pharmacy, then the dosage would be incorrect, and then she would refuse to return phone calls.
