This office I will never go back to. Only 1 person in that office was friendly and nice. No one else is helpful

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Vinokur for 2 to 3 years, and our experience has been very good. I have never felt rushed through the exams or consultations and she has always taken the time to answer my questions. My phone calls are returned fairly quickly, too. Her nurse, Joyce, is delightful and very helpful. I have sometimes had to wait in the waiting room, but only once did I wait for a long time due to an emergency and the staff apologized afterward. You will get into horrible experience, very unorganized and rude staff. Every time the wait time is more than 45 minutes, Dr. Vinokur will hardly spend a minute or two with you, she always seems to be in rush. She and her staff is more interested in talking about insurance payments rather than about health ( I understand they do business, but atleast once in while they can ask patient health). I wouldnt say this office is BAD, but I definitly am not comfortable here. the first time i had a visit here, i waited for 2 hours to be seen, and after i was seen, they left me in the exam room and forgot about me as they CLOSED! Dr. Vinokur is friendly enough, but distant and rushes through the exam. I dont know how she is as an obstitrician, but as a regular gynocologist, she just doesnt seem to care.
