We’ve been visiting this doctor’s office for a while, and the waiting time has consistently been extremely long—usually around 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time. It’s very frustrating and disrespectful of patients’ time. During our most recent visit, we waited nearly two full hours in the exam room, and no one came in to give us any updates. Dr. Roberts is an amazing human being besides being a Dr she’s compassionate and listening to your concerns everyone likes to see her so the wait sometimes can take long I assure you it’s worth the time. She delivered two of my daughters cesarían the process was very smooth the way I recovered as well. I will always stay recommending her to friends and family we love her! I wish I can give her more than 5 stars!
Dr. Lisa Roberts is beyond the best! Kind and compassionate. I truly do not know what I would do without her. She truly cares about and for her patients. I never feel rushed with her and she makes me feel like I am her only patient. Her ENTIRE office staff are as kind and compassionate as she is. Tina, Lindsay. Hailey, and all of the staff have been amazing. I truly appreciate all of you and I am blessed to have such outstanding healthcare when I need it! Thank you!
