waiting time on the phone is ridiculous
Excellent doc, as thorough as you could ask for. Nice personality and bedside manner, even when booked back to back with patients. She keeps her composure. Highly recommend
Had a very good first visit with Dr. Lisa Roberts. The staff was excellent with little wait time for my appointment. Everyone was so friendly that I met there. I felt like i was in good hand and I shall be happy to return in the future.
Stupid Front Desk. I’ve never been a patient at WHASN, yet they continue to send me billing summaries for my ex-wife’s visits, using my name and SSN on an old inactive insurance policy. I called their office to have my information removed, but the staff refused, saying only the patient can update billing. This is unacceptable, as I’m not the patient, and their actions may violate Federal Law HIPAA by misusing my personal info. Love Dr. Roberts. However, the wait time in office is beyond ridiculous. Plan for 2 plus hours of your life just waiting. Not acceptable.
