This office is a family business, first appt I went , audiologist was not present, instead the mother of audiologist was there, she told me she did lots of hearing aids with many patient, no need audiologist, He went to play golf. I had both Siemens hearing aids with this office, only lasted 2 n 1/2 years , since the warranties were out, I like to fix them if possible, senior lived on SS, can't afford for new aids.
