Only got half our order via Postmates. When we called to notify them of the issue they said it wasn’t their problem..... Not okay pour customer service. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you. NEVER EVER, EVER AGAIN
If you don’t want your entrees delivered-this is the place for you. Apparently it is not their problem when they didn’t put the food you ordered in the bag. Customer service is terrible. Own up to your mistakes- don’t steal from people who are supporting your business. I will never order from you again. Stay away from this place
My fiancé and I have been looking for good Chinese food out here in Colorado that comes close to New England Chinese food. Decided to give these guys a shot. Ordered thru their website so the delivery apps didn’t gouge them with fees and bs. First off the fried rice was flavorless and devoid of any veggies or egg. Recommendedthey have the best Asian food, the chicken lo mein is my favorite!
I ordered 4 meals Togo & only got 3. Asked 5 times for shrimp sauce and they said it was in the bag. There was none. I returned the food and tried to get a refund & they refused to give me one. They called the cops because I argued that I should get my money back for the food. Joke of a business.
