La peor joyeria de todo tampa, para atenderte es toda una demora, te ofrecen planes de pagos a credito con una compania llamada Acima y son la gran estafa , te dicen que tienes 3 meses libres de intereses en pago pero no te dicen que tienes que pagar la prenda en esos 3 meses completa porque sino te hacen te hacen pagar la prenda por un ano el doble de la prendan, mientras tanto estas rentando una prenda no la compraste, pesimo trabajo, pura estafa para vender.

Mal trabajo y larga espera por mi prenda , mandé a hacer una medalla con una foto familiar de 20 gramos y me dijeron que estaría lista en 2 semanas, cuando fui a ver si ya estaba me dijeron que había salido mal y tenían que volverla a hacer . Al cabo de un mes me llaman y me dicen que por error la habían hecho de 34 gramos y que iban a ver que podían hacer por mí para que pagara la diferencia cuya diferencia no estoy dispuesta a pagar porque ya me habían cobrado $1505 y ahora quieren más dinero por un error que fue de ellos ... read more

My 5 Star rating is in large part because of Claudia. She offered the most outstanding customer service. She was very patient and helped me with such grace throughout the purchasing process. I purchased a 12MM Miami Cuban and it is absolutely beautiful. The links are a little looser than I’d like but the chain is still beautiful. Thanks Claudia for outstanding customer service.

These guys are absolutely fantastic to deal with. I have never feared ordering clothing online, especially from companies with easy return or exchange policies. I was a tad nervous doing so with jewelry but i knew the specific pattern i wanted and only had to determine the width and length i wanted. The first order i made came and i misjudged the length so it was too long as well as to thin width wise and i wasnt happy with my choice.
