Amazing doctor!!! After numerous (and I mean numerous) failed attempts, I finally found the perfect doctor for my mom. Dr Gjocaj is extremely patient and kind. He really listens and takes his time at every visit. My mom has a lot of health issues (including dementia), so doctor visits can be hard. I saw Dr. Liridon Gjocaj today and was truly impressed by his knowledge and genuine care. The entire experience was smooth—like a Swiss watch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The waiting time was just right—nothing excessive, exactly how it should be. Highly recommended!
This review is about the administrators, not the doctor. I saw a this doctor at 3pm and he wrote me a prescription - I’ve been sick for 4 weeks and now feel very ill. But I called the CVS at 4pm to check if it’s ready — and they would only let me leave a message for a call back, not talk to a human. CVS finally calls me back at 5:02 only to say they haven’t gotten the prescription….so I call the doctor office and they pick up but say the the doctor wrote the prescription but no one sent it to the pharmacy and now it’s after ... read more
