This is such a prompt, courteous and professional service! I've used them several times personally and refer them to my friends, whom all have had excellent experiences. Even my workplace now uses this stellar company! It's hard to find any industry these days with a better customer service then Lira Plumbing. I am flabbergasted about the negative review concerning a child. The only thing I can think is that there was a misinterpretation concerning the gentleman joking with the child. We've never had a negative experience!
Way too damn expensive for me-
The guy came to fix our wobbly toilet that a previous plumber (I'm not sure if it was the same person since I wasn't around the first time) had neglected to properly fix. First, he was rude to the child that answered the door. The child said they needed an adult to come answer the door (which is what ANY child should do when they don't know the person at the door) and the guy replied that he was on the clock and to hurry up.
