The two woman were so rude. Once they finally stopped talking to each other whilst totally ignoring me at the counter, the older one looked at me and said, " you right!?" Wow!! Such an appauling manner and tone. Please explain why you are so stale and bitter?! Maybe it's time for a change my dear!!

Incredibly rude service! There was a display of Shiraz bottles in front of the shelves without a price displayed. I asked what is the price of each bottle? The response was "It's right in front of your face", referring to the bottle on the shelf with an array of other brands of shiraz bottles. I asked, "Was I supposed to be able see that bottle within an array of many other bottles? So rude. They lost a sale, I walked out! I won't be back. I never receive rude service like that at Dan Murphy's Tuggerah.
