Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was overcharged by $15 on a special that was advertised in store and on line. When I rang to speak to the service counter. Harrie answered the phone and I explained politely that I had been overcharged. He closed the phone. First I thought I had lost the call but no when I rang again he refused to talk and closed the phone on me yet again!
Harrie was very helpful and has great communication skills. Thanks so much to him and the team.
Rude, bad customer service, the selection range is underwhelming at best. They clearly don't wanna be there and so I'm not going there.
