This particular Liquor World Wine & Spirits Store has displayed discrimination towards the black community and hardworking Americans who simply want to make purchases. I personally experienced being harassed and offended by the manager while attempting to buy something. Despite initially being polite, after stepping away for a 5-minute phone call, the manager abruptly asked me to leave and made derogatory comments towards my race. Place is clean and nice, huge collection of bourbon, tequlia, and oh their wine section is huge compare to other store around this will be my go to go store. They also good rewards programs..
Great customer service, very professional and proud of their selection. They have selected a very special batch of HK Young. They have bundled their HK Young with "hard to find" Buffalo Trace products at a very reasonable price!
The owner was great, very knowledgeable and his pricing of allocated bourbon was one of the best I have seen in Knoxville. Bought an excellent bundle 2 days ago and scored a Weller 12 for $50. Keep it up brother, you will do well passing along those great fortunes to your customers!!!!!!
