This store is completely dishonest. I was told over the phone they had received an allocation of Buffalo Trace Antique and Pappy Van Winkle. I was not told how much they were over the phone, even when I asked. I went to the store to find out that in order to purchase any of the previously mentioned bottles, I would be required to purchase multiple cases of what I would call "dead stock" or bottles that won't move. The whole 12.99 a bottle for the Founder's Backwoods Bastard is wrong. You know it and I know it. But when someone says "hey that's wrong" and you say "I know, but they are selling" that's even worse. You and I both know that's wrong. I'm just gonna leave this here and see how you deal with it. I hope for your sake you make it right. Founder's already knows.
My husband went to get founders backwoods bastard today & they were selling them as singles at 12.99 a bottle! He told them it must be a mistake & should be a 4 pack at that price & they said well they are selling at that price so they are $12.99 per bottle! Never shopping there again! Bad company! There's plenty of other liquor stores in town not robbing people & we will go there from now on!
Way to rip people off. The only reason you get allocated beers, is because your customers buy enough of the others to make it happen. This was your thanks to them? Charging 4x what it should be.
I love your liquor store.Employees are so friendly and helpful. This place is so huge and very diverse in their selection We love your store.
Terrible customer service. Situation in the store was handled very unprofessionally.
Finally a place that has a diverse range of high gravity beers and rotating selection of quality local/exotic beers at the growler station. This definitely my new destination for beer and liquor!
