Received a text saying I had till the end of the month to use up two prepaid packages. Could not get an answer on the phone despite multiple attempts. Drove over there to find the building locked and empty. Emails corporate to have my balance refunded, received no answer. Very disappointing, and I advise you to avoid this chain as you will lose money.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The team here is absolutely top notch -from check in to check out it was a wonderful wellness experience. The facility is beautiful and clean. I'll be back!
I came to see what the hype was about. I FELT what the hype was about. I now do it once a month. I can't put into words how wonderful I feel after each session. The ENTIRE staff is, not only professional, but personable and friendly. From Melissa to Phil and everyone in between.
