Great place for an IV infusion. They made me very comfortable in the recliner chair with a blanket in a quiet, dimly lit room. The nurse who did my IV was a nurse of over 25+ years. They also had a cute doggy who kept me company on and off during my infusion. I highly recommend this place. Parking is to the right of the building if you’re facing the entrance.
Super unprofessional, my sister and I did blood work there and they are refusing to provide us our lab results which is a HIPPA violation. Keep saying we have to make an appointment where they charge $1,000 and our credit card information before they send it to us! Again, legally required by law in CT and HIPPA Acts to provide our Protected Health Information. I'm a bit confused by the negative reviews/experiences that came before mine. I received excellent treatment and care on June 19, 2020 from this location. I've been feeling burnt out from working and scheduled an appointment Thursday evening, after business hours. I received an e-mail response the same evening, and was able to schedule an appointment for 10 AM the next following morning.
