The absolute worst run company of all time. I have made several purchases of return merchandise with them. I understand that when a “salvage” pallet is purchased, you are likely to receive damaged goods. I also understand that when you purchase “returns” there are likely to be some damaged items. Friendly and helpful staff. Well managed and quick pickup and service.
Bought what was supposed to be a Home Depot "online" load and when we got it we quickly realized it was a store load (not a single shipping label on any of the 510 boxes and everything was trash or parts). Promptly filed a claim and had to wait week for them just to tell me they didn't do anything wrong, we got what we paid for and were stuck with it.
