Update 1: After months and months of throwing parts at this system. Nothing worked to fix how this system behaved. Finally, they came up with a beta program where the system actively monitors the level of the vehicle and coupled with different valves. When it detects an out of level situation, it engages the pumps and corrects it back to the normal level. This new set up works well, most of the time. Customer service is amazing! They found what I needed, and helped me troubleshoot my issue. They are also very respectful even though I’m not familiar with the system. Thank you for the help Jay!

Spent close to $30k on Liquid Spring suspension for our 2022 Ram 5500. It hasn't worked correctly since day one. I am at my wits end with this thing. It does ride pretty good while driving, but after that it's all a complete failure. We paid extra for tru earth leveling, which doesn't work, as advertised (or at all). You find out from others after purchase, that if yours works you must re-level the next day after you have parked for it to stay level.
