They work they did on the roof was excellent. Thank you to all the gentleman that did the ACTUAL work. The warranty information has still not been delivered to me after 6+ months of waiting and multiple calls and emails to them. I purchased my roof from Liquid Roofing (not the cheapest or the closest company) because of the 50 year warranty they offered. Now I am really starting to regret choosing them. On 8/23/22 I put a deposit down ($3,750) on a repair that I hired this company to do (chimney and exterior wall repair). When working with my salesman (Tim) I was assured multiple times that the repairs would be able to be completed before the weather turned (since it's an exterior wall and our woodstove is our main source of heating our home). Initial interior work and communication was great. The business went downhill after they merged with Liquid Construction. Work was not started in a timely manner, workers wouldn’t show up and company didn’t call to let us know. I called when workers hadn’t showed up again and was tole they were pulled from my project to work on another home. I don't feel as though we were kept in the loop. We never knew when work would be done or who would be at our home. They also left their empty gatorade bottles in my yard for my dog to chew up putting his health at risk.
