You guys are seriously the worst. My friends and I (group of 4) booked a table this past Friday and specifically requested an umbrella. First, we were told it was “too windy” which was laughable considering it was 105+ degrees outside. Then the second excuse was, “If we set up yours, we’ll have to do it for everyone.” Are you kidding me? The pool complex is impressive. The pool lounge is so much fun. The drinks were delicious and the service was excellent!

Disappointing experience and service, super expensive, the staff assigned to us were nowhere to be seen (they were busy partying and putting sunscreen in one of the bungalow). She had the audacity to demand more tips at the end.

It’s basically impossible to exist here. There is literally two benches available for seating unless you’ve paid for a cabana or daybed. Can’t sit by the pool stairs. God forbid you sit in front of the life guard or on the other bench. If I wanted to be scolded like a child I’d go back to elementary school. It’s very pretentious for a place that is super dead and has basically no customers.
