Best customer service ive ever experienced, knowledgeable with a want to help, that goes beyond the majority of others. At 1:30 PM on a Saturday, day before i had a tournament, i realized a very important bolt almost sheared. I rushed trying to find a marine shop with the bolt in stock. I had spoke with 4 marine shops in the area before i called this one. All 4 were zero help and seemed like they didnt want to. They did a great job with my boat! The carb rebuild and retune has my boat running better than it has in awhile. I needed a fast turnaround for an upcoming trip and they were able to accommodate, much appreciated!
Been going to Dallas Boat Service ever since Texas Mastercraft was bought by a new owner and *literally* tripled their price for winterization. Dallas Boat Service has done a great job (at a fair price) on routine maintenance like winterization, oil change, trailer repair, and significant boat repairs. This business offers a warranty and does not fulfill it. My story is that since March 2023 they have had my boat to replace the engine, they charged more than $ 9000 and my boat still does not work. He told me it would be ready in 90 days and delivered it 9 months later. John and and Rachel took great care of me andy boat. I was dealing with a cantankerous oil leak that was hard to find and ended up being multiple leaks and John stayed after it until he found it and made it right! They made sure my boat stayed covered when it was sitting outside as well. Rachel even made sure the cover wasn't holding water after the rains.
