Fast and courteous service. Guys always do a great job.
They have a new so-called manager with a shaved head who obviously has zero management experience. New technicians make mistakes, management is there to solve problems and he is proven to be incapable. I purchased brand new tires for them I took my car in for a simple rotation the technician didn't even bother lifting the trunk mat to find the lock key for the lugs. I got a text stating they can't rotate my tires because they won't go in the trunk and look at the spare for the lucky. The manager then made the excuse that the... read more

I needed my air conditioning worked on and also some problems with my door locks. I was totally kept in the loop during the whole process which I very much appreciate. I have been going to liquid lube for years and have always had a good experience!
