The best nails! The best nail tech. Very knowledgeable. A year ago the owner had a brain aneurysm and had emergency surgery. We all waited for her to recover and return. Any spot she had to cancel she rescheduled. There were clients who weren’t considering the fact she had a major brain surgery and were upset that they couldn’t get Christmas nails… but Kadie’s really??!!! The lady had EMERGENCY brain surgery. HELLO!!! Smh WE LOVE HER!!
Didn’t want to leave a negative review as I initially enjoyed this salon and wanted to return but unfortunately the owner was unprofessional and would not reschedule with me when my appointment was missed (not because of me). Reached out for weeks to reschedule and was ignored until a month later to still not get appointment although I had one scheduled.
We can appreciate storytelling skills, but unfortunately, this previous review seems to be a work of fiction.
