Cancelled their service because my lawn looked like crap after their applications. Turns out that they don't use insecticides or herbicides. That's an extra service application and an additional fee. All they apply is fertilizer. I called them several times about dead areas and huge weed patches in my lawn. That's not the best part, after I cancelled they still came out. Wow, nice business model. I left 1 star because y'all said you'd be out the following day to give me an estimate. You never showed up and never called. Next day , no show, no call so I messaged you at the end the business day to see if you'd made it by and I wasn't aware.
