Completely impressed with their customer service! Megan messaged me so quickly after I posted in a local group looking for a local exterminator. She was professional and prompt in all of her communication and had Nathan onsite to help first thing. He also was super helpful and explained everything I needed to know without getting impatient with my barrage of questions. They have me as a customer now!

They always communicate before coming, provide details on each service, are flexible if we need to alter the date, and are friendly and considerate both on the phone and onsite. We've never had an issue with them blocking our driveway, etc., and our yard looks great! Would not hesitate to recommend this company to others looking for similar service.
