Sadly, I have to give a rating of one without even having done business with this organization. Asked for a quote, never got one. Then when I prompted them for a response, they said they would follow up and still didn't. Curious way to do business...
We purchased windows and doors from Lipton and were extremely pleased! They provided us with excellent customer service! The sales rep was very knowledgeable, installation was great and the price was reasonable. They also did an excellent job communicating and keeping us informed. Good Job Lipton!
I have had a hard time finding someone to come out and give me a quote to replace my windows. I would call and email many places with no response. To my surprise on sunday when I sent a message to Lipton Windows asking about quoting my place I got a call 2 minutes later. The next day Misty came out and quoted my windows. We went through all options and costs. She was very thorough and respectful and did a great job. Looking forward to getting my windows soon.
I recently received a quote from Lipton windows and doors. Misty came to my house measured my windows. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I have not hired anyone at this time as I am still receiving estimates. I feel Lipton is an honest company to do business with.
