Bentwood townhomes told me i got approve i had all my paper wrk for my unit i supposed to move in on September 17,2021 i pay my deposit they Accepted all my paymentsFor them to tell me thatThey're going to deny my application s sept. 8 2021and no i have to wait up to thirty day too get my money back from I called corporate I can't get no answer from no one I've left messages I haven't heard anything back from corporateThis is unprofessional. Nice home but I do not like the way they run their business..

My mother and I moved in to Stonehaven apartments at the end of September and it has been nothing short of a headache since the beginning. The approval process was handled unprofessionally and now that we've moved in, we can't get maintenance to service the apartment. It looks as if they are about to sell the property because they are doing exterior improvements, but are neglecting the residents. I have been trying to reach someone at corporate office but has yet to be successful...I’ve been calling for over a month. I’ve left message after message and no one has returned my call..very poor customer service!!!!!
