Went for color service and was really impressed! The new owners have really changed the salon! They made me feel very welcome and were very knowledgable about color services. They were packed the day I was there, but still, very accomodating. My stylist was able to recommend the right color for my skin tone and I Love it! They even served me fresh coffee and cinnamon buns! Next visit I'm getting gel nails! This is the trendiest salon I've ever visited.

I went to Lipstick for the first time this weekend after hearing that they were under new management, and they were great. I got a pedicure and was really impressed with what a great job they did. The employees were all very friendly, and it was a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.

Great at Color ! – My color correction was amazing and the color looked great for weeks after. I went from a light blonde hair color to a dark brown hair color. Loving it still! Will return to Tanya for touch ups. :)

I would strongly consider a different salon – The made my first appointment with Lipstick to have a hair cut. On the day of my appointment I happened to be a couple minutes late. When I got to the salon a staff member informed me that they GAVE my appointment away. The woman was very unapologetic and not helpful. I usually go to Looks, but a year later I decided to give them another try. I called on a Monday; my appointment was to be that Thursday. I was to have a partial highlight. Very Unprofessional – After waiting a very short time for my first appointment at this establishment, I quickly realized that the staff MUST NOT LIKE EACH OTHER. I found them to be very catty in front of customers. It was suposed to be a relaxing atmosphere, not a forum to have to sit and listen to 2 stylists go back and forth about who needs to clean up what and when.
