I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was disappointing and very similar to what other unhappy customers have mentioned. The service felt rushed, the quality of work was poor, and there was little attention to detail. Instead of a relaxing experience, I felt like they were just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Waste of time and money. I asked for a fill, walked out with Bumpy nails. I don’t think no one from there knows how to do nails paid $100 for mine and my 9yr old and wasted time almost 2hrs to end up like this.

Original review was 1 star. Ad promised tried again and here is my new rating. I’m happy to update this review with a new one. As I said I did try it again as in a believer in second chances as we all have a bad day sometimes. I’m happy that this past experience was a 180 from my previous stay. Thank you for making this time a great experience. If I could update to 10’s I would. I’ will be back for sure again!
