I had an appointment set up for dr. Lipsky several months ago,Drove from KemahTo his office on the Gulf FreewayWhere they told meHe had an emergencyAnd had to leaveBut that I could make an appointment with him on Medical Center Boulevard at a later date.I made an appointment with another doctorAnd have since found out I have glaucoma in both eyesI was very disappointed in his work ethics!
My appointment was at 10:05!! It’s now 11:50 and I’m STILL in the waiting room!! Had the same issue seeing him in Webster!! This is ridiculous!! I will never book with him again!!
Very unprofessional !! I am there since 11 am and not been seen yet ! It’s 3:00 pm here. The front desk is rude and avoids talking and giving reasons for being late
