Took my vehicle to them with a water pump kit with valve cover gaskets in the box on 9/22/25 @8am. They called me at 2pm that same day asking if I still wanted the job done, I said yes. The next day at 10 mins from them closing I called they said it's done. I get there pay, and start looking for my vehicle and it pulls up. I go home and park the van for day, go out and start it and the squeal from the water pump is still there and still leaking water. Buyer beware!!! Horrible workmanship in welding mufflers. I have taken several vehicles here and the quality and service remain the same, substandard! The owner Adrain is rude, despicable, and quite condescending. I had to replace my catalytic converters and entire muffler system again. They even welded my oxygen sensor, which caused my check engine to turn light on. Acapulco Mufflers fixed all of Lipsey's faulty work costing several hundreds of dollars.
Excellent, CUSTOMER SERVICE and greatly appreciate this shop and would highly recommend others to come here for any repair needed for their vehicles. Not only did they worked and fix my car but the owner Adrian (spelling) helped me cosmetically fix my key fob, which was wrapped up with black tape like a mummy. While i was waiting. Someone came into the shop delivering something. It was a battery for my key fob. He ordered while fixing the key fob. OMG who does that?!. I came here to get the motor on my driver side window replaced. They did the repair then a few days later I go to open my door and it won’t open from the inside. I take my car back and they try to fix it but are unable to and they say they need the order the part and they’ll call me when it comes in. They call I go and it’s still not the right part, I drove from Oakland to Vallejo 4 times and eventually they never called me again saying they had finally gotten the right part. Fast, well priced service. Benny is very professional and helpful, and changed my rusted 1987 muffler in half an hour
