After leaving Herb Easley in tears (for me) and anger (the hubs bc I was in tears), because the new car manager was so pushy and rude we went to Lipscomb. Lupe was GREAT! He got us the truck my husband wanted at a great price. We will be back.
Had a great experience with Ryan yesterday trading in my car for a new one! He went above and beyond getting us into the vehicle we wanted and at the price we needed! So thankful for the stress free experience!
Huge shout out to the complete service Dept @ lipscomb Chevrolet!! I called and needed my car looked over before i went out of town on short notice talked to Alicia and she got me in and went above and beyond to take care of me. She even did more than what i asked for, all i wanted was a oil change and tire rotation so when i picked my car up she advised me she checked my tire pressure, battery, air filter, cabin filter, and replaced my wiper blades thank you for the excellant service and Honesty.
I went in with a 2005 Lexus with 209 + miles I had saw a 2018 GMC Terrain the sales person that greeted me at the door was Ryan Patterson .I left with the 2018 Terrian that day i was perfectly satisfied with the service even tho it was along process on our end he helped in every way to make it successful. thanks Ryan Patterson .I love my new Suv..
I have purchased 3 vehicles from Liscomb. I have had them all serviced by Liscomb maintenance. I don't ever remember completing a customer service survey. I have just had service on my vehicle. The service was outstanding as always. l do feel that I should commend Alicia Nations for the courtesy and care that she as provided to me since she first began in her position in the service department.
