What looked to be great customer service turned out to be a nightmare! I went there because they supposedly were great people to deal with. However, it was just the opposite in my case. Love Lipscomb Chevrolet. Not only do I work here and have for the past year but I have bought my last 3 vehicles from there as well.
My husband & I just bought Our 3rd vehicle yesturday from Lipscomb & Our salesman Justin Lopez was amazing from the very beginning. He understood what we wanted & didn't want & never tried to screw us over. I Am so grateful Alicia at Lipscomb Chevrolet. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She is so kind and will do what she can to make sure u have the most pleasant experience. When I thought it was the end of the world, she helped me see light at the end if the tunnel. There have been numerous times she has done more than what she has to. not to scam people when going in for repairs ! and stop over charging for repairs that don't exist! I will not go here again! do not trust them!
